Site purpose
The site provides information about services, clinics and how to request contact or book. Online content is general information, not a personal diagnosis. A clinic assessment is required before treatment decisions.
Bookings and contact forms
When you send a phone number or message, we use it to return your enquiry about hearing care. See our privacy notice for retention and your data rights.
Prices and grants
Prices and grant figures on the site reflect current published information and may change. PRSI eligibility depends on Department of Social Protection rules and your record. Final costs are confirmed in clinic.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that harms service, or submit false contact details. We may suspend access if misuse continues.
Liability
We take care with content accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted site availability. Nothing on these terms limits rights you have under Irish consumer or data-protection law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
