Complaints and feedback

We prefer to fix problems early. If something about your care, a bill, a booking or how you were treated was not right, tell us. HearMed Acoustic Healthcare (CRO 742968) takes complaints seriously and reviews them with the clinical directors where needed.

How to raise a complaint

Email getintouch@hearmed.ie or call 0818 058 058. You can also speak to the clinic where you were seen: Tullamore 057 934 9388, Portlaoise 057 863 8181, Portumna 090 970 2984. Please include your full name, contact number, clinic or town, date of visit if known, and a clear description of what went wrong and what you would like us to do.

What happens next

We acknowledge the complaint and look into what occurred. Clinical matters may be reviewed by Rose Multaney or Rauri Keogh as directors. We aim to respond with findings and any steps we will take. Complex issues can take longer; we will say if we need more time.

Clinical and billing concerns

If the issue is clinical (test, wax removal, fitting or repair), say so up front so the right person reviews it. If it is about price, PRSI at the till, or a quote, include any paperwork you have. Final clinical advice still depends on assessment in clinic.

If you remain unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our response, tell us why in writing and we will escalate internally. You may also have rights to contact external regulators or Ombudsman routes that apply to your situation under Irish law; we will not obstruct you from doing so.

Records

Complaint records are handled under our privacy notice and kept only as long as needed for the review and legal requirements.
