HearMed works the other way. Our audiologists are clinicians, not salespeople, and nobody here works to a sales target. We are taking the sales out of hearing care and putting the medical side back: thorough testing, honest advice, and hearing aids only when they are genuinely needed.
Put simply, we are bringing audiology back to patients' ears, not to salespeople.
Hearing care should begin with listening. Before discussing any solution, we take time to understand your hearing, your day-to-day situations and the questions that matter to you.
Our role is to explain your options clearly and support you in making an informed decision. If hearing aids are appropriate, we discuss them as part of your care, not as the starting point.

Rauri is committed to delivering phenomenal patient care, and has worked in the hearing care business for over 8 years both running GP surgeries and full time clinics. Rauri treats every patient as if they are a member of his family.

Rose is a fully qualified audiologist, with many years of experience in hearing health care. She is also qualified in micro suction wax removal. Rose is a Senior Audiologist and Director of HearMed Healthcare and prides herself in caring for her clients and their families and has an in-depth knowledge of the business. She is known for her kind, caring and ethical approach when it comes to your hearing needs.
She is an accredited trainer for micro-suction and irrigation.
Your needs can change over time. HearMed supports patients with hearing checks, ear wax appointments, hearing aid guidance and follow-up care, with a local team available when you need advice.
