Fiona McRedmond is a Clinical Assistant at HearMed with a strong background in reception roles within both school and hospital environments. Through this experience, she has developed excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a patient-centred approach to care. Fiona also previously worked as a Special Needs Assistant (SNA), further strengthening her ability to support and engage with people in a compassionate and understanding way.
