Hearing protection that fits how you live and work
Once inner-ear hearing is damaged by loud sound, it does not grow back. Protection is simpler than repair. HearMed advises on when to protect, and we can take impressions for custom moulds when foam plugs are not enough.

When noise is a risk
Prolonged loud work, power tools, shooting, motorsport, farming equipment and amplified music can all push levels into the danger zone. Ringing ears after an event is a warning, not a badge of honour.
Foam, muffs and custom moulds
Disposable foam helps when fitted deep enough. Over-ear muffs suit many worksites. Custom moulds, made from ear impressions, stay put for musicians, motor sports and people who need the same filter every time. Tell us the use case so material and filters match the job.
Hearing aids are not ear defenders
Aids amplify. They are not a substitute for protection in hazardous noise. If you wear aids at work, ask us how to combine amplification with approved protection for your role.
Link to testing and wax
Blocked wax can make protection feel uncomfortable or change how you judge loudness. Microsuction is €60 in clinic or €100 at home. A hearing baseline is free and takes about 45 to 60 minutes.
