Who Templemore aid visits are for
Patients who can schedule around the monthly Wednesday and want HearMed clinical continuity without travelling every week.
Complex fittings that need several fine-tunes may be partly completed at Portumna or another full-time clinic.
What happens at Highlands Pharmacy
Start with the free hearing test on a booked first Wednesday. If aids are indicated, we outline styles, PRSI and a written quote.
Some follow-ups stay on the Templemore rota; others move to a weekday owned clinic when more diary time is needed.

Pricing approach
Hearing aids start from fully covered basic PRSI models. The PRSI you have already paid can cover the full cost of both ears if you qualify. More advanced models from €350 per aid after the PRSI grant (€850 per aid before the grant).
