Kildare patients who want a HearMed clinician locally on Tuesdays. It works well for scheduled adult tests and follow-up conversations after an earlier screen.
Same-day urgent needs midweek are better directed to a full-time clinic such as Tullamore or Portlaoise.
What happens at Cosgrove’s Pharmacy
You meet the audiologist in the pharmacy clinic room on Edward Street. The free test still runs about 45 to 60 minutes with otoscopy and booth-style thresholds explained the same day.
Tuesday is the only Newbridge clinic day, so arrive on time and bring any previous audiograms if you have them.

Pricing approach
Hearing tests are free. If wax needs clearing on the same Tuesday, ask when you book so the diary can allow for microsuction at €60.
